BG Nexus White Moulded TV Aerial & Master Telephone Socket - Grey Insert
This white moulded plate combines a screened TV aerial point with a master telephone socket, so you get both from a single wall plate instead of two separate accessories.
This is an aerial and telecommunications outlet only. It carries no mains voltage, contains no mains socket outlets and accepts no mains plug of any type.
The master telephone outlet is fitted where the telephone line enters the property. It is the socket that feeds any extension points, and the best place to connect your router for the strongest broadband performance. The IDC terminal connection needs no soldering. The TV point is an IEC female return outlet carrying TV, FM and DAB. Screened outlets contain a metal casing around the contacts acting as an earthed Faraday cage, preventing external RF signals from interfering with the reception.
Plate aperture 50 x 50mm, each module 25 x 50mm. Requires a standard UK back box, minimum depth 25mm. Moisture control gasket and earth terminal fitted. TV outlet and plate certified to BS 5733, telephone outlet to BS 6312-2.
